i found the hotel in a good location with easy access to transport. the staff were nice and the rooms were very clean. i like the hotel provides currency exchange machine, it allowed guests easy access to money.

the room was a bit small, it was difficult for two people to move around in. the bed was too firm and the linens felt cheap.

i was looking forward to this hotel, but my experience fell short of expectations. the carpets seemed quite worn. i also noticed the bathroom had red marks that were concerning.

The location was very nice, just a short walk to dotonbori, so convenient! there's a family mart right next to the hotel, so getting snacks was super easy. our room was bigger than i expected. It made repacking our luggage very easy. i especially liked the complimentary drinks offered in the lobby.

The pillow provided was not the best. I prefer a firmer one.

The location was awesome! I was just a short walk away from Dotonbori. The hotel also offered complimentary drinks each day, and I really enjoyed them. My room was quite spacious, especially when compared to typical Japanese standards.

The ventilation of the room and the toilet were a bit noisy throughout the night. The soundproofing was not great, and I could hear doors opening and closing nearby. The proximity to the main road and railway also meant I could hear cars and trains passing by.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and they provided quick assistance when needed. The front desk staff were very courteous and professional, answering all my questions.

Free juices were available in the lobby after 3 PM, a nice touch particularly welcome during the heat. I appreciated this amenity, especially after a long day of sightseeing. The food was AMAZING!!!

The hotel is very close to main areas and a subway station. A convenience store is right beside the hotel. This was convenient! The staff were fantastic and helpful, giving great tips.

The corridor was very narrow. It was difficult to move our large suitcases around.
